✅️ 이번 달 주제 Theme of this month
'무게이동 Weight Shifting'
몸을 움직이게 하는 요소로 무게를 사용하여 몸 안에서 무게 또는 중심이 이동함에 따라 발생되는 움직임을 탐색하고, 나아가 다른 이들과 대화하는 몸의 언어로서의 무게 이동을 경험한다.
Weight shifting allows for our bodies to seek a wide range of movements exploring from various states of stability; through internal and external communication with ourselves and others, weight can be distributed to other locations on the body or the group.
✅️ 워크샵 진행은
뭄플레이 김이슬의 제안으로 진행되나, 각각의 이야기와 몸의 방식을 나누며 진행하고자 합니다.
Esl Kim (Director of Moomplay) would lead and suggest practices to start and each participants freely share their body, story, and experiences through the workshop.

***뭄플레이가 기획한 2023년 월간 움직임 워크샵 '놀춤'은 매달 다른 주제를 가지고 재밌게 춤추며 놀아보려고 합니다. '놀춤' 워크샵은 움직이는 재미를 다시 찾고자 하는 전공자들 (춤 장르 무관) 또는 여러 가지 몸으로 부딪혀 보고자 하는 배우 등 다른 공연예술 분야 종사자 분들을 환영합니다.
이번 기획은 판매와 수익을 떠나 커뮤니티와 네트워크를 만들어나가는 만남의 장을 마련하고자 하며, 앞으로 뭄플레이의 작업에도 함께할 파트너도 물색중입니다.
워크샵은 연멤버쉽제로 운영되며 소정의 멤버쉽참가비가 있습니다. 멤버쉽 관련 및 워크샵 참여 문의는 카카오톡 뭄플레이 채널로 문의주시면 가장 빨리 답변드릴 수 있습니다.

Hello, Moomplay is having a monthly workshop this year! We welcome movers/performers who seek for exploring, challenging, observing body/movements of their own and others. We are open for all kinds of dance and performance genres. We are going to choose one theme for each workshop to focus and play with.
We look forward to creating community and network through this workshop and also looking for the new members of Moomplay.
This workshop has a year-membership program with a very small fee to manage the rentals, parties, etc..
We are very much looking forward to meeting you. Please don't hesitate and just come to have fun together!
